The factory intercooler is one of the first components to become a restriction once boost levels and power demands increase. The Process West Stage 1 Intercooler is designed to improve charge air cooling, reduce heat soak, and deliver more consistent performance both on-road and off-road.

Featuring a high-efficiency bar-and-plate core measuring 480mm x 180mm x 125mm, this intercooler offers one of the largest factory replacement core volumes available for the Ranger Raptor platform. The result is lower intake temperatures, improved power consistency, and greater reliability under sustained load.

Designed as a direct bolt-in upgrade, the Stage 1 intercooler retains compatibility with the factory intercooler pipework while also allowing future upgrades to the Process West hard pipe kit if desired.
